Having a system to measure and monitor business performance is a key requirement for all organisations.

Starting with the data, building information, making decisions and proposing a strategy are the natural route that any organisation can follow with the help of these tools. In the supply chain too, having all the information needed to operate it is not enough, good quality results can only be achieved by processing and transforming this information using a performance measurement system.

The real challenge is to develop suitable performance indicators to support the decision-making process and contribute to improving the company's profitability.

Click Reply™ Warehouse Performance is the solution, based on Qlik Sense®, which integrates with the Click Reply™ suite to offer a selected set of indicators that dynamically and graphically analyse all the warehouse processes. Qlik Sense® is the leading business intelligence application that allows data to be analysed and views to be created in self-service mode.

The strengths of Click Reply™ Warehouse Performance are:

  • being a ready-to use solution with a predefined set of indicators that cover the analysis of all the main warehouse processes
  • a visual approach and an easy-to-use interface
  • an opportunity for the user to create new performance indicators, in self service mode, using a previously designed and modelled database
  • data visibility on any device, PC or mobile, thanks to the responsive interface

Within Click Reply™ Warehouse Performance, navigation is uniform and structured, grouping KPIs based on their respective logistical process:

  • Inbound goods: a set of KPIs intended to analyse inbound volumes and their progress over time based on delivery notes and storage missions, as well as the respective lead times.
  • Outbound goods: a set of KPIs intended to analyse outbound volumes and their progress over time based on orders, journeys, delivery notes and picking missions, as well as the respective lead times.
  • Stocks and Map: a set of KPIs intended to analyse stock and warehouse use information, including space saturation and transport units.
  • Stock-taking and Handling: a set of KPIs intended to analyse information relating to stock rotation and inventory adjustments carried out.
  • State of Progress and Productivity: a set of KPIs intended to analyse the state of progress of inbound and outbound goods processes as well as the respective productivity.

A set of useful and advanced tools complete the data monitoring system:

  • Filters: allow the data displayed to be filtered according to various criteria
  • Drill-down: allow multiple drill-downs to be performed in order to view the data for a particular dimension broken down according to various criteria, e.g. by date or supplier
  • Dynamic aggregations: allows the way in which data is aggregated to be easily and dynamically changed in order to analyse trends for the year or the month, for example, instead of for a particular day
  • Dynamic measurements: allow you to change the measurements of a graph easily and dynamically in order to view, for example, the volumes shipped based on a total number of orders, packages, weight or volume
  • Favourites: allow you to save your searches to favourites, including the filters applied
  • Stories: allow data presentations to be created based on the KPIs displayed, e.g. to report results to management and share them with other users
