Excellent innovation competence

Innovation is crucial in order to remain competitive and successful in the long term. Fincon Reply's innovative strength makes a significant contribution to increasing sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction.

Thanks to the flexibility, agility and creativity that the team of experts demonstrates on a daily basis in numerous IT customer projects, Fincon Reply was able to convince in the study "Germany's best medium-sized companies with innovation competence 2024". This was accompanied by the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research and analysed the innovative capacity of around 3,100 companies from various sectors. Data from comprehensive social listening was collected and analysed.

First, relevant texts were collected from the internet (crawling), which were then analysed and evaluated using artificial intelligence (processing). Two main criteria were used to evaluate the companies: Tonality balance: The sentiment of mentions in various categories such as research and development, investment, innovation, management and product novelty was determined and weighted. Coverage: The difference between positive and negative mentions in the aforementioned categories was calculated and weighted. Companies with above-average scores in the overall ranking were honoured. Fincon Reply particularly stood out in the "Management Consultancy" category.
