We Heroes Portal is the service developed by Data Reply and Storm Reply to support NHS staff and other key workers. We Heroes Portal enables retailers, both online and offline, to accelerate the identification process that validates if a user belongs to a key worker category.
The service aims to facilitate both users and retailers during the shopping process through a unique Hero Identification Code provided to registered users. Once validated, users can simply show their generated ID to retailers, who can in turn quickly verify the authenticity of the code.
The service is designed for brands committed to promptly make a difference for key workers, by serving them with exclusive benefits while they fight COVID-19.
Until now, validating the identity of key workers has relied on manual tasks by dedicated employees in the customer service department – if it’s been supported at all. The process, usually conducted by phone or in person, is time consuming for both retailers and key workers alike who are asked to validate their identity by providing personal and employment details.
We Heroes Portal supports brands in the identification and validation process without wasting resources in time consuming manual processes that often lead to a mistaken identification. The automatic process replaces the questions set by retailers, while increasing the information accuracy and assuring GDPR compliance.
