The presentation focuses on the “Iggy” project, which was created to innovate the way application support is managed, moving beyond traditional models based on repetitive and inefficient activities. Thanks to an intelligent conversational approach, Iggy accelerates request handling, enhances the user experience, and helps make processes more sustainable and effective.

Iggy: a multi-agent system on Databricks to reinvent Application Management
Bludigit and Cluster Reply have collaborated to automate first-level Application Management processes, aiming to reduce response times and the operational load on the support team.
The developed solution is Iggy: a multi-agent conversational system built on Databricks, capable of autonomously resolving the simplest tickets and routing complex ones to second-level AM, reducing the load on traditional support. The architecture consists of three specialized agents — an orchestrator and two expert agents with dedicated knowledge bases via RAG — powered by ServiceNow data in near real-time, with a frontend natively integrated into ServiceNow.
The session will illustrate the system architecture, the technological choices made, and the results achieved in terms of automation, response speed, and reduction of operational load.
