Alongside the adoption of integrated tools, Cluster Reply has developed a proprietary application based on Generative AI, capable of directly interacting with traditional transactional databases. Thanks to the integration with Azure OpenAI, the system receives questions in natural language, processes them, translates them into SQL queries, and returns precise answers and specific KPIs, offering a simple and accurate conversational interaction.

The custom solution has been implemented on Azure, with an initial specialization of the LLM models on the databases to be explored. This approach allows for the processing of complex requests, generating effective SQL queries, and providing immediate and secure responses, maintaining full control over data security, consistency, and traceability.
