Increasing user adoption means ensuring that users understand and effectively utilize new technologies, thereby maximizing return on investment. Strategies to enhance adoption include ongoing training, dedicated support, and optimizing the user experience.

Our strategy

With the User Adoption Improvement strategy, you increase the adoption of your system by measuring actual user utilization and defining the actions to be taken to achieve business objectives. Cluster Reply has consolidated over the years, based on experiences gained in multiple contexts, a model to define the best strategy for increasing the use of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

  • Measure the adoption of the system objectively, identifying value metrics for your reality and business objectives, such as the number of system accesses, the frequency of viewing and updating customer data, and more.

  • Have an adequate level of system adoption in order to maximize the return on investment made for the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The defined model consists of 5 phases:

  • Definition of objectives: together with the stakeholders of the client, we proceed to identify the processes managed by the application for which we want to increase user adoption of the system and agree on the metrics to be used for measuring adoption.

  • Measuring the state of the art: using the defined metrics, we measure the current adoption of the system.

  • Definition of the action plan: we define the possible technical and organizational actions to implement in order to increase user adoption. Additionally, through interviews with various stakeholders, we produce a cost/benefit matrix to support the client in identifying action priorities.

  • Implementation of the action plan: this is the phase in which we implement the actions defined based on the assigned priorities.

  • Monitoring of results: in this phase we proceed to periodically measure the metrics to verify the effectiveness of the implemented actions.

  • Identify the features/areas of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 on which to take actions to improve system adoption.

  • Have the tools to monitor the User Adoption metrics that are valuable for your business.

  • Easily identify intervention priorities through cost/benefit analysis.

  • Use the collected data to iteratively manage the process, defining objectives and areas of interest to address each time. Objectively assess the return on investment related to the evolutions of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
