RESPONSIBILITIES

NETWORK ANALYST

We are looking for a Network Analyst!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the IT team, programmers, designers and IT managers

• Support all project phases from requirements gathering, design, testing and deployment

• Manage and monitor Wi-Fi networks via controllers in order to ensure proper configuration, updating and maintenance of all Access Points in the enterprise network

• Maintain and manage IP addresses, DHCP servers, DNS servers, and other servers and software systems on physical and virtual environments

• Manage incidents and trouble tickets

• Provide support in case of failures or anomalies on network equipment within the customer infrastructure ( Routers, Switches, WLC etc.)

• Monitor all security policies within the network environment and enforce them in accordance with company policies

• Coordinate with various teams for emergency management and network backup planning and monitor recovery processes

• Manage and document network systems, operating procedures, and monitor hardware inventory

• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, standards, and evaluate and recommend network hardware and software products

REQUIRED SKILLS
