Additional individual requests to the AI allow employees to gain deep insights into documents/attachments, including linking the requested passages. The built-in document viewer offers comfortable search and extensive views of the attachments directly in the “AI Panel”.

AI + Telephony: Simultaneous support for case management

For caseworkers with telephony tasks, the “AI-Panel” provides additional assistance: The audio stream of the call or optionally just of the caseworker is transcribed by AI and analyzed in almost real-time. Depending on the recognized concern (damage, complaint, address change, contract adjustment, etc.), the corresponding verification questions are displayed and automatically checked off during the conversation.

Outstanding checklist items are clearly listed for active inquiry. Transcribed content leads to the automatic filling of forms in the client or in background inventory management. As with the generation of response letters, a "check and ok" from the caseworker is sufficient – manual entries are only necessary in case of corrections.
