Cluster Reply took on the challenge by focusing on Miscusi's objectives and integrated the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central from LS Retail. The new system allows for the optimization of operations, financial management, and inventory, ensuring greater flexibility and operational efficiency, as well as significantly improving the customer experience.

Cluster Reply has integrated an e-commerce platform, allowing bookings, orders, and payments via mobile. New tools, such as kiosks for order customization and QR codes to order directly from the table, have made the customer experience smoother and more autonomous.
