COSTIM, the leading company in the development of "turnkey" urban regeneration projects based on the innovative concept of ChorusLife, has chosen Cluster Reply to digitalize the reporting process of ESG parameters, coming from all areas of the company's complex organizational structure, in order to improve efficiency and ensure greater accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Environmental efficiency with a low-code approach

In collaboration with Cluster Reply and through the use of the Microsoft Sustainability Manager, COSTIM has transformed and automated its environmental, social, and governance data management system, harmonizing the new processes with the enterprise systems already in use, utilizing a custom data model and implementing solutions based on artificial intelligence.

A significant change

The definition of periodic campaigns for data collection, in some cases from an annual frequency to a quarterly one. The implementation of simplified interfaces using PowerApps to make the process more structured and less burdensome, improving the user experience.

The extension of the Microsoft Sustainability Manager platform through the definition of a data model dedicated to the historical storage of information related to Social and Governance areas for the automatic integration of data from business systems.

The implementation of artificial intelligence models to quickly acquire data from bills, reducing the acquisition time from days to just a few minutes and significantly improving the accuracy and reliability of the data.

The identification, in the initial phase of the project, of crucial KPIs optimized monitoring through customized dashboards created with Microsoft PowerBI, further improving the corporate reporting process and ensuring accurate and timely data.

We are finalizing the implementation of Microsoft Sustainability Manager software with the support of Cluster Reply, and the benefits we have already observed are significant. We chose this solution to optimize the collection, management, and analysis of sustainability-related data, an area that is becoming increasingly strategic for our Group.

Thanks to Microsoft Sustainability Manager, we are able to collect a wide range of essential data for our sustainability reporting more efficiently, such as CO2 emissions, water consumption, waste management, and other social and governance data.
This data is automatically collected, organized, and displayed in dedicated dashboards, allowing us to constantly monitor key KPIs.
