Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys

What is happening?
Outbound Marketing and Real-time Journeys are two separate modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, which however share many features and the same licenses.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Outbound Marketing module will be removed and only the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Real-time Journeys module will remain operational.
To avoid interruptions and continuity issues, those using Outbound Marketing will need to make the switch to Real-time Journeys by June 30, 2025.
