Speedline S.r.l. collects a high number of information daily along all production and administrative processes. Monitoring and integrating these potentially heterogeneous data sources therefore becomes essential to analyze a series of performance indicators related to warehouse movements, delivery punctuality, overall productivity of the plants, and purchasing cycle, accompanying the production process at every step and allowing for the timely identification of any issues. Speedline S.r.l. has chosen Cluster Reply as a technology partner to make this data easily accessible through a customizable Business Intelligence tool.
Solution
The project allowed Cluster Reply to provide Speedline S.r.l. with a complete business intelligence tool, through which to analyze the major performance indicators in a semi real-time data acquisition mode. By simplifying the extraction and integration of heterogeneous data, Speedline S.r.l. is now able to monitor both production and administrative processes, as well as analyze in detail the characteristics of individual machinery, inventory movement, delivery, or purchase.
