The client was undergoing a significant transition across most of their operational systems. Avantage Reply has been instrumental in assisting them in two primary ways. First, by implementing a temporary KYC (Know Your Customer) form tool, and second, by providing an ongoing support for their routine data delivery activities to their Group.

CUSTOMER GOALS

KYC Form: Avantage Reply has successfully developed a VBA-based KYC Form and conducted several milestone meetings to ensure alignment with the parent company’s stipulations while catering to the unique requirements of the client.
