EV Service Manager is a comprehensive and versatile IT service management platform designed to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. It offers a wide range of features, including ITSM process automation, request, incident, and change management, along with an intuitive and easily customizable interface. EV Reach, on the other hand, is a powerful tool for remote control and endpoint management. Technology Reply supported the client through a project divided into two main phases, each with a specific methodological approach. In the first phase, using a waterfall approach, a robust and stable environment was created. The base environment was configured, existing data imported and initial configurations established, ensuring a solid foundation and accurate migration of critical data.
