The low-code platform Simplifier enables companies to efficiently digitize and automate entire business processes, such as accounting, order approvals, warehouse management, and customer communications. However, despite end-to-end digital workflows, one crucial step often remained analog: the verification of incoming documents. Until now, employees had to manually extract relevant information from documents and compare it with systems such as SAP or other ERP solutions – a time-consuming and error-prone process that significantly impacted the efficiency of many companies.

Together, Storm Reply and Simplifier have developed an intelligent solution for automated checking and processing of incoming documents and integrated it into the low-code platform.
This identifies document types, extracts relevant data, and performs an automated comparison with target systems such as CRM or warehouse management systems. Discrepancies are visually highlighted and forwarded to the responsible employees for review.
