Net Reply, as a Gold Partner of the Broadband Forum, is pleased to announce its participation in the BASe Summit 2026, which will take place on June 4 and 5 at the Quark Hotel Milan.
The event represents an important moment of discussion for the broadband sector, bringing together operators, vendors, and innovation leaders to discuss the evolution of networks, automation, and digital service models.
During the event, Aurora Terzani from Net Reply and Bruno Cornaglia from Vodafone will give a speech titled:

The intervention will explore the potential of the Wholesale Open Access (WOA) broadband model, which promises to reduce access barriers, standardize service management, and optimize the use of broadband infrastructure, both for network operators and infrastructure owners.
During the session, it will be illustrated how modern Digital Twin architectures can support network service operators in enabling advanced closed-loop automation and AI-driven decision-making processes in shared infrastructure environments. The strategic role of standardized WOA data collection, real-time telemetry, and automated provisioning workflows in improving network operational transparency and fostering performance-based SLAs will also be analyzed.
By combining wholesale APIs with AI-based decision engines and Digital Twin architectures, operators can evolve from reactive operational models to intent-based and self-optimizing networks, generating tangible benefits for the entire broadband ecosystem.
