The Client is the Insurance arm of an international banking group. The client needed expertise to define Key Performance Indicators and design Performance Dashboards regarding all operations. Avantage Reply provided Finance and Strategy skills to understand and execute the client’s needs.
The Client aimed to measure the performance of all its operations in Belgium: Brokers & Sales, Customers, Claims, Medical and KYC. The target was to provide IT with relevant KPI and designs and dashboards.
The challenge of the project was to understand the organization and targets of the different sectors of operations of the client in order to produce, select and organize the different KPIs. The selection was made in accordance with the management’s strategy for operations. More than 300 KPIs were generated in coordination with all team leads with regular meetings with management. At the end of the project, those KPI were prioritized in order to select the more relevant indicators.
A second challenge was to organize the visual representation of the dashboards in accordance with the management’s strategy and to overcome readability issues.
Avantage Reply provided methodology and centralization of the different sectors of operations for this project. We used our expertise in order to provide efficiency and consistency in a cross-team project.
