CONSULTANT
As a (Senior) Consultant, you will advise our clients on addressing key current topics such as the changes in regulatory environment but also support them in improving their operational efficiency.
You will work on various projects at large, medium-sized and smaller banks and insurance companies.
You will be part of a team of consultants in delivering client projects. You will also play an important role in helping us grow our business by developing market relevant expertise and solutions.
- You have a first experience in liquidity, treasury, liquidity risk management or reporting;
- You have an understanding of the structure of a bank, its balance sheet and how assets and liabilities are managed centrally
- You know financial instruments and financial markets
- You are interested by processes and tools, and how they can help you improve the information flow
- You have a Master degree in Business Economics, Finance, Civil – Industrial - Commercial Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Computer Science Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management, Sciences, or any other business related degree;
- You are curious about liquidity liquidity risk measurement, reporting, governance and processes, business, financial, operational or IT processes and corresponding risks;
- You are result-oriented and quality-driven;
- You have good social and presentation skills;
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and pay attention to details;
- You are creative, adapt yourself easily to a changing environment;
- You enjoy working in team together with your colleagues and/or the client;
- You are capable to drive change in a convincing way for our clients;
- You can develop a vision into concrete actions and results
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
- Willing to travel is required as we offer the opportunity to work in an international context
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should have specific knowledge of stress testing for liquidity risk measurement is a plus - Knowledge of excel, SQL (querying), RiskPro and/or LIQ Moody's knowledge
- You are interested to work with risk tools on a day-2-day basis and have affinity with liquidity risk management and implementing measurement improvements for missing scope.
- Candidates should have in depth knowledge of liquidity risk management and regulatory reporting e. LCR, NSFR, Additional Monitoring Metrics, ...(Delegated Act, Basel III) with at least 3 years of relevant experience, i.e. In a bank treasury function or with liquidity risk reporting, analysis, and measurement (and affinity wiht/interest in project and process management).
