The Reply Group has been active in Belgium and Luxembourg with Avantage Reply, a pan-European management consultancy established in 2004 delivering change initiatives in the areas of Risk, Compliance, Finance (Capital Management and Treasury, Regulatory Reporting) and Operations.

The Reply Group is now continuing its expansion in Belgium and Luxembourg, with the launch of its flagship digital and operational business unit, e*finance consulting Reply.

e*finance consulting Reply is the Reply Group company specialised in Management Consulting Services for Financial Institutions. The mission of the company is to support customers in defining and achieving their strategic business objectives through the application of the latest business and distribution models, the evolution of operational processes and tools and the design of new products and services.

This often means embarking on a Digital Transformation journey that requires that ability to combine extensive industry expertise with full control of technological innovation and the capacity to apply these in a way that is relevant to the business.

About us

The Belgium unit of e*finance consulting Reply is led by Alexandre Vandeput, having more than 15 years of cumulated experience in the Financial Services sector delivering value for clients out of the UK, France and the Benelux region.

Alexandre is an expert in customer experience and distribution channels optimization. He has delivered multiple digital transformation initiatives while aligning business and IT imperatives in highly complex and international environments. Alexandre is driven by innovation and always strives to find the right balance between processes and systems improvements and delivery imperatives.

His objective at Reply will be to position the e*finance consulting franchise as the specialized firm able to digitize, automate and instil intelligence into financial institutions in the Benelux market.

The Luxembourg unit of e*finance consulting Reply is led by Hugo Larguinho Brás, with more than 18 years of experience in Luxembourg asset management and banking, more specifically in financial services operations. Through positions of Operational Expert, Project Leader, Client Relationship Manager and Advisory Director, Hugo has built a strong expertise in operational strategy, process design and optimization, outsourcing, system implementation, training, AML/KYC, market strategy and process automation.

Hugo’s objective is to position e*finance consulting Reply as the preferred consulting partner of financial institutions when dealing with challenges such as operational strategy, process improvement and automation, transformation and change management, digitization and application of regulations.
