Narrative Designer


Reply Game Studios is looking for a skilled Narrative Designer to be part of our team – a professional that will be responsible of developing dialogues and supplemental writing for the game's story while helping maintain the consistency and integrity of the intellectual property in our next project.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and iterate on dialogues, world-building, character and story documentation
  • Implement narrative moments and dialogues, taking direction from the Game Director, the Lead Designer and the Level Design team
  • Perform early test of dialogues implementation and provide quick feedback for changes and updates
  • Work with the Audio Director, external dubbing directors, and voice actors to provide guidance during recording sessions

Required Skills:

  • Ability to think creatively and flexibly, with a result-oriented mindset
  • High proficiency in communication skills and teamwork attitude
  • Comfortable working closely with Programming and Audio teams
  • Accept criticism and process feedback to follow effectively the overall vision of the game
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Availability to work on site, in Milan

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ Years in the game industry, with teamwork experience
  • Shipped at least 1 game on console or PC as a Narrative Designer
  • Good working knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
  • Experience with voice recording sessions

Portfolio Requirements:

3D Character TD


Reply Game Studios is looking for a skilled 3D Character TD to be part of our team – a professional that will be working closely with Artists, Designers and Programmers in order to setup complex rig structures for creatures, humanoids and props.

As a member of the Art department, you will be responsible of creating rig structures for the characters of our new game, from initial design through implementation, using both Unreal Engine 4 and other technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with 3D Character Artists to create models that meet technical constraints
  • Collaborate with 3D Animators to design artist-friendly rig structures
  • Setup real time dynamic systems
  • R&D tools to improve the character rigging pipeline
  • Write utility scripts and programs to help the Art team
  • Use diagnostic tools to analyze performance and identify areas of improvement

Required Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change, flexibility, open-mindedness
  • Solid scripting and programming skills including Python, Mel, and C++
  • Aesthetic sense
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork attitude
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback and criticism
  • Positive attitude to work closely with Designers and Programmers

QA Tester


Reply Game Studios is looking for a skilled QA Tester to be part of our team – a professional that will be responsible of testing all aspects of our recently announced title: Soulstice.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of Quality assurance and provide development support
  • Report issues and bugs in an efficient and informative manner
  • Establish and manage test cases, executing them regularly throughout the project life cycle. This includes document testing practices, as well as QA process & reporting methods

Required Skills:

  • High proficiency in communication skills and teamwork attitude
  • Comfortable working closely with Design, Art and Programming teams
  • Accept criticism and process feedback to follow effectively the overall vision of the game
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Availability to work on site, in Milan

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ Years in the game industry, with teamwork experience
  • Shipped at least 1 game on console or PC as a QA Tester
  • Experience with Jira or Mantis
  • Experience with version control software
  • Good working knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
