LOW CODE ARCHITECT / TECH LEADER (OR WANNABE)

We are looking for a low code Architect/Tech Leader on Mendix or OutSystems. Since we know that our technologies are new, we offer an initial training program and hands-on activities to acquire competencies and certifications – but do not worry, it will take you no longer than 2 or 3 weeks.

You will be involved in tasks such as:

  • Ability to guide customer requirements to match low-code platform features.
  • Contributing to the whole development lifecycle, from planning to implementation and testing.
  • Designing and developing solutions with the team, by following and defining development processes.
  • Drive to deliver high-quality software with great architecture and NFRs.
  • Promoting team accountability and autonomy.
  • Working on conflict resolution and roadblock removal.
  • Working with the team on project planning and delivery process.
  • Coaching and mentoring other software engineers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in .NET or Java.
  • Experience in React or Angular and HTML/CSS/Javascript and TypeScript software development experience.
  • Software engineering mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in low-code platforms (Outsystems, Mendix, Appian, Pega, PowerApps, etc).
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Experience in Agile Projects.
  • Experience in releasing software projects in production.
