You will be involved in tasks such as:
Ability to guide customer requirements to match low-code platform features.
Contributing to the whole development lifecycle, from planning to implementation and testing.
Designing and developing solutions with the team, by following and defining development processes.
Drive to deliver high-quality software with great architecture and NFRs.
Promoting team accountability and autonomy.
Working on conflict resolution and roadblock removal.
Working with the team on project planning and delivery process.
Coaching and mentoring other software engineers.
Requirements:
Experience in .NET or Java.
