FXD is the Business Unit of Iriscube Reply specialised in Design and User Experience. The BU main focus is the improvement and innovation of the experiences in digital-multichannel products, inside banking and financial environments.

In Iriscube Reply, a company mainly focused in Front-End e Back-End development, we have a Business Unit dedicated to innovation of the experiences of digital-multichannel products, inside banking and financial environments: the Financial Experience Design team! The Creative Soul of our company.

Our team is composed of high professional profiles with different backgrounds, from university to work experiences, everyone connected to the Design world: User Experience and User Interface Design, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.

This great mix of knowledge has grown throughout the years, in order to satisfy the increasing request of design/UX themes in the fintech environment; we can add important value in the realisation of digital solutions, supporting the success of main bank international Leaders (both B2B and B2C). The team composition also allows us to be very flexible according to the client's needs.

The distinctive characteristic of the Unit is the interconnection between practical/theorical skills in UX/UI Design, the 360° knowledge of the banking and technological world and the ability to apply it to specific cases, in order to reach the best solution.

We have a great experience in the sector: more than 5 years of great projects focused by channel distribution (Mobile, Web, Responsive, Tablet) or by user target (Private, Management, Firm, Bank User, etc.)

Research & Analysis
Research and analysis of the environment and working context (Design Research, Scenario Analysis, UX/UI Benchmark, Personas Definition).

UX Definition & Sketching
Definition of all the processes and phases of final user experience. (User Map, User flow/task, Wireframe, Information Architecture).

Design & Visual Concept
Delivery of the design visual product/service interfaces. (Creative Concept Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, UI Kits & Styleguide, Rapid Prototyping).

Testing & Coding
Support for validation of design implemented, testing e coding (FE Development, Quality Assurance, User Testing).

Methodology & Tools

In addition to products and services delivered, in the various projects scenarios we can adapt our methodologies to the needs of the clients, for example Agile or Waterfall.
