We are looking for an IT Process Automation Analyst to join our team and develop high tech solutions to improve processes and efficiencies in our customer’s services focusing on ServiceNow, RPA and ML solutions.
The IT Process Automation Analyst will support the customer in the definition or re-engineering of its IT processes, you will identify actors, tasks, responsibilities, input, output, contact points and define new processes and workflows based on best-of-breed solutions.
The successful candidate is able to conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns, you will participate in the improvement plan definition and implementation through RPA technologies.
Critical thinking, creativity in problem solving, analytical attitude and a data driven approach complete the soft skill of the position.

Skills and training
The candidate we are looking for has the following requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Management Engineering;
Flexibility, propensity for team work and problem solving skills;
Strong interest in the development / analysis and design of business processes, work optimization, passion for technology and desire to increase one's professional background.
Nice to have:
Previous knowledge or work experience on the "ServiceNow" platform.
Knowledge of languages such as Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
