Adeptic Reply with Politecnico di Milano for the Innovator Bootcamp 2025
Adeptic Reply collaborated with the Politecnico di Milano for the Innovator Bootcamp 2025, a training and orientation program focused on the innovator role within companies and on the skills needed to drive innovation in complex environments. Promoted by the Politecnico di Milano Career Service in collaboration with Reply, the initiative brought together students from different engineering-related backgrounds and offered a concrete opportunity to engage with professionals from the technology sector.
The Bootcamp was structured into six modules, combining theoretical sessions and hands-on workshops, with the participation of several Reply companies, including Adeptic Reply. The programme explored the Innovator profile at Reply: a strategic figure defined by curiosity, proactivity, critical thinking, and collaboration, supported by solid technical, methodological, and architectural competencies.
Adeptic Reply led the session “Characteristics of the Innovator and Innovation at Adeptic Reply: Much More Than a Technical Matter” on October 20, 2025, with a specific focus on innovation in the context of the European IPCEI-CIS program (Important Project of Common European Interest – Cloud Infrastructure and Services), to which the company actively contributes. Within this framework, the session presented the innovator as a facilitator of change and a bridge between technology and impact – capable of translating advanced expertise into solutions with concrete industrial value. It also highlighted how effective innovators must navigate uncertainty, interpret data with critical awareness, understand the implications of emerging technologies, and foster an organizational culture of continuous improvement.
On October 28, 2025, the Bootcamp continued with the hands-on workshop “Becoming Innovators: A Collaborative Simulation”, where students took part in a collaborative simulation of an R&D project: problem framing, ideation of innovative solutions, and a final pitch-style presentation. The workshop allowed participants to experience first-hand how technical skills and soft skills come together, while reflecting on group dynamics and strategic decision-making.
The program concluded on November 26, 2025, at Reply’s offices in Milan (via Robert Koch 1/4), with a final session dedicated to reviewing outcomes, discussing future perspectives, and strengthening the dialogue between students and professionals.
Through the Innovator Bootcamp, Adeptic Reply reaffirms its commitment to developing young talent and promoting an open, collaborative, and technologically advanced innovation culture – an approach that is also reflected in the company’s contribution to the IPCEI-CIS project.
