A data scientist is someone who makes value out of data. Such a person proactively fetches information from various sources and analyzes it for better understanding about how the business performs, and builds AI tools that automate certain processes within the company.
The business we deal with is the one of the Financial Services. We believe that to be efficient, our data scientist / machine learning expert will need to specialize on the amazing world of the banking and insurance processes.
To build the tools he/she will need to have a team, and we would need him/her help in order to build it.

Technical competencies we are looking for are related to ML & Big Data

Good level of knowledge of machine learning and big data topics and technologies;

Design and evolve Data Models and Database Solutions in support of key business processes;

Knowledge of Data Ingestion logics (Batch, Real Time, Change Data Capture) and the main tools available on the market; Strong SQL background, to build systems to support data analytics;
Deep Knowledge and strong experience about main ETL/ELT Tools (Oracle Data Integrator, IBM Data Stage) or Ability to design and implement Data Mart, Report and Advanced Dashboard;
Ability to design and implement Data Platforms, both in Big Data contexts and in Relational DBs, including Advanced Analytics tools (Data Labs, Machine Learning) with the goal of identifying the best technological assets matching project needs;
