      Our Client needs to renew and rebuild the processes underlying the company's core business that involve the procurement of actors, services and content.

      The main objectives of the project are:

      • Structured management of the activities simplify, rationalize and harmonize systems and processes
      • Support the processes which are currently managed without any information systems
      • Detect a single enterprise system to support procurement processes
      • Increase the data assets in order to support the direction and procesess monitoring during the new strategies definition
      • Improve the User Experience through an innovative technological solution with the purpose to simplify user activities and guarantee a user-friendly interaction from mobile devices
