In a marketing team of a tier 1 telco company, including both business and technical profiles, the resource will analyze sales performances providing a critical view and setting actions oriented to improve the conversion rate and the customer life time value. Day by day activities include competitive benchmark, business case setting, campaign design, execution and monitoring.
The candidate in this position would be able to:

Requirements:

Expert Developer | Milan


Sytel Reply has an open position for a Digital Front-end/Back-end Developer, with experience in the realization of modern integrated front-end / back-end solutions in the context of complex projects for Telecommunication Company. The candidate would be engaged into the design and implementation of enterprise class microservice and cloud oriented application, scaling over thousands customer, following modern SDLC principles and pratices, like Agile or DevOps. As developer she/he should have knowledge of application of standard software development principles and attitude and proactive approach to problem solving and teamwork.
In its role, the candidate is expected to:
  • Relate effectively with business analyst, testers and other colleagues
  • Enforce Project Development Principles and Patterns, accordingly to the methodologies in use for the project (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
  • Commit to the overall success of each project he/she is involved with

The candidate in this position would be able to:

  • Acquire a deep expertise in Telecommunication business processes
  • Interact closely with relevant members of Java community
  • Work with best of frameworks and introduce their use within a project

The candidate should have experience in:

Project Manager | Milan

Sytel Reply has an open position for a Project Manager, that wants a real challenge in performing the project management activities in large projects for Telco and Media companies.
In this role, the candidate is expected to:
  • Managing PMO activities
  • Collecting, developing and analyzing data relevant to the plan
  • Support team in tracking objectives
  • Act as a cross team player with the objective of ensure quality, support in problem solving and smooth communications.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should be motivated to work in a highly challenging environment, contributing to realize innovative projects that have large impacts on Telecommunication and Media companies. He/She has:

  • Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience on project management software or is highly motivated in learning their use.

Moreover, he/she shall have accuracy, initiative, autonomy, creativity, problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills, accounting and organizational skills, and be self-driven and deliver high quality results.
He/she must be eager to understand how the business environment works, think ahead to anticipate problems, issues and solutions. Business Analyst | Milan

Sytel Reply has an open position for a Business Analyst, who is willing to support design of first quality customer experience solutions in highly innovative contests. The candidate would work in complex projects for Tier 1 Telecommunication and Media companies, with the aim of supporting in the design of functional, flexible and omnichannel enabled customer experience. At the beginning of his/her experience, the candidate will handle the functional phase of the project, giving support in design customer experience solutions, writing project documentation and working towards customer satisfaction during the lifecycle of each project, in order to be able to manage the entire lifecycle of the project in a short time. The candidate will work in challenging contests, within large digital transformation initiatives, having the chance of supporting in design of solutions that leverage the characteristics of best of breed platforms from Oracle, Salesforce and Pega, covering the whole spectrum of customer experience, from marketing to sales and service, both in B2C and B2B markets.
In its role, the candidate is expected to:
  • Take part in meetings with customer representatives
  • Write all necessary functional documentation
  • Ensure effective information exchange between all the colleagues and customer representatives involved in the project
  • Relate effectively with technical matter experts, testers and other colleagues
  • Follow Project Management Principles, accordingly to the methodologies in use for the project (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
  • Report to a supervisor
  • Work for the overall success of each project he/she is involved with

Requirements
The candidate in this position should be able to:

  • Learn Telecommunication and Media business processes
  • Work with best of breed platforms from first class vendors
  • Be part of extremely challenging transformation initiative, where he/she can apply project management principles and best practices
  • Create relationships with stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Pursue a training-based formation program (focused both on hard and soft skills)

The candidate should be motivated to work in a challenging environment, contributing to realize innovative projects that have large impacts on Tier 1 Telecommunication and Media companies.
He/she shall have good verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and always aim towards high quality results. Previous experience as business analyst, but also as developer or tester, is appreciated but not mandatory. Any experience in the area of communication and customer experience, also acquired in work-external context, is highly regarded. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Data Modeling and power point.
