What the Symbiosis model is
An operating model for organisations whose delivery capacity has been accelerated by generative and agentic AI. It replaces fixed, activity-led planning with a continuous system for setting direction, funding Intents, running Plays and making investment decisions from evidence, at the speed AI now makes possible.

The model is deliberately small. Six units, each with one job, and one rule that keeps the system honest: an Intent names the problem, a Play tests the answer. Never the two at once.
