In the context of Energy & Utilities, Power Reply has developed a competence center dedicated to the optimization of the operations of companies in the sector, focused in particular on Field Service Management processes.

Power Reply's distinctive features are its profound expertise in Utilities and Field Service Management processes and the consolidated experience of market-leading application solutions. For several years, Power Reply has been able to accompany its customers in the introduction and evolution of Field Service Management solutions, mainly based on the Clicksoftware and Salesfroce.com platform, current market leaders.

Starting from the collaboration with our customers, we have created additional modules, which can also be used in stand-alone mode to support further needs, strictly related to the operational and commercial context:ul>

  • Plant management: these are specific Asset Management modules focused on the maintenance processes of grid plants (electricity and water distribution) and renewable energy production plants (hydroelectric and wind). The modules are designed as additional components of Field Service solutions in order to be fully integrated with the management processes of operational resources in the field.
  • Advanced agenda: In order to meet CRM specifications, Power Reply has developed advanced agenda management solutions such as to configure dedicated logics according to the specific intervention class and the reference time slot. With these logics, integrated into the Field Service application solutions , our clients have evolved the model of managing appointments with their end customers.
  • Integration: Power Reply has created solutions, integrated with the main ERPs on the market, to optimize the maintenance management processes of electricity distribution networks, water networks and integrated water cycle services. The integrated solutions allow the management of ordinary, extraordinary and emergency interventions and have been equipped with ad hoc extensions to effectively support specific needs of the contexts
