Pay Reply offers customer experience design services for digital payment solutions. The methodology we have developed is aimed at creating visible and navigable solutions right from the initial stages, and covers all aspects of interaction: concept design, user experience design, interaction design, user interface design, atomic design, content design, prototyping, front-end design, usability testing, meeting & team support.


IMPLEMENTATION

Pay Reply adopts a development framework that adapts to the environment and to device-specific features, making possible solutions on many hardware platforms (smartphones, POSs, cash registers, desktop computers) through both native and hybrid programming languages, and taking advantage of leading enabling technologies such as NFC, Bluetooth, geolocation, and biometric authentication.
