What You'll Do

We don't start from scratch. We start from real enterprise systems—complex, established, and sometimes challenging—and transform them with GenAI as the primary driver.

This means getting your hands dirty: working with Java, Python, legacy architectures, and production constraints. But you'll do it while leveraging LangChain, LLMs, and AI pipelines as part of your everyday toolkit. It's precisely this combination that makes our projects unlike anything you'll find elsewhere.

Depending on your level of experience, you'll work on:

• Developing and deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments

• Integrating LLMs into existing systems and architectures

• Backend development with Java and/or Python

• Optimizing AI algorithms and system performance

• Building internal tools that support the software development lifecycle

• Producing technical documentation and sharing best practices

• (For senior profiles) Mentoring team members and supporting team growth

Who We're Looking For

This position is open to junior, mid-level, and senior professionals. We're not looking for people who already know everything—we're looking for people with the right mindset.
