Automate is North America’s largest and most influential automation trade show, bringing together thousands of attendees across robotics, AI, industrial automation, and manufacturing.
But beyond the scale of the event, the show floor creates a uniquely demanding environment: heavy foot traffic, back-to-back demos, multiple systems running simultaneously, and thousands of interactions with hardware and software.
For Concept Reply, that made Automate 2026 more than a showcase. It was an opportunity to see how an Industrial IoT architecture performs when connectivity, data, and real-time visibility need to work continuously — not under controlled conditions, but in a live environment.
Concept Reply at Automate
At the Phoenix Contact booth (#2250), Concept Reply brought its Industrial IoT architecture into a live, high-traffic environment, supporting multiple robotics-based experiences running simultaneously throughout the event.
Each experience generated continuous telemetry from sensors, motors, and control systems, creating a constant flow of operational data throughout the show. Concept Reply connected these different sources through a shared architecture, streaming data via MQTT, ingesting and processing it in AWS, and surfacing it through a real-time dashboard.
The result was a unified view across multiple independent experiences, with the architecture continuously collecting, processing, and visualizing data as activity unfolded on the show floor. For Concept Reply, this meant demonstrating how the same principles used in industrial environments can support reliable connectivity, real-time visibility, and consistent performance across multiple systems and data sources.
