See how telemetry becomes predictive maintenance intelligence

What it does

Modern fleet systems generate continuous streams of telemetry — engine temperatures, battery voltage, speed signals, diagnostic codes, and usage patterns. Most of this data is underutilized, with value hidden in temporal relationships across signals rather than individual readings.

This platform identifies early indicators of failure by analyzing historical patterns, sensor trends, and operational context across fleets.

The output is operational: specific vehicles, specific failure modes, and specific recommended actions.

Why this approach

Fleet operations are traditionally reactive — issues are addressed after alerts, fault codes, or breakdowns occur.

Effective predictive maintenance systems share two key characteristics:

  • They learn from real failure patterns in operational telemetry data

  • They translate predictions into actionable decisions, not just scores or dashboards

This platform is designed around both principles: early detection and operational actionability.

Architecture

Fleet Telemetry → Telemetry Store → Feature Pipeline → Prediction Models → Recommendation Engine → Operator Dashboard + Maintenance Scheduler

Raw telemetry is processed through a feature pipeline that extracts the rolling windows, lag signals, and cross-sensor patterns the models actually use. Per-failure mode models produce risk scores and lead-time estimates. A recommendation engine translates those scores into prioritised, cost-weighted actions delivered to the operator dashboard and maintenance scheduler.

The architecture is data-source agnostic: it works with whatever telemetry your fleet already generates, without requiring changes to existing systems or a data migration.
