Require a web platform to improve communication towards the customers. MyBrand websites were born with this identity and make use of advanced technologies and platforms to create a "context-aware" experience for the users. The client could improve their digital image, open a direct communication channel with and get important feedback from the users. They could also sell additional services like vehicle telematics services and training.
The project involves business and ICT from 3 countries, with different targets and expectations. The different requirements and constraints are always processed by Reply and proposed to the client for wider acceptance, so that friction between businesses is minimized. Moreover, the Sitecore platform on Cloud is quite new and requires close collaboration between Reply, Client ICT, and Sitecore itself to solve every major issue that affects the platform.
The solution is a Sitecore 9 XP deployment on PaaS with Solr, on a multi-site configuration. Up to 3 websites have been created, each site shares a common codebase for backend integration but implements a unique UX/UI and front end for brand personalized look and feel. The agile delivery process greatly improved the ability to deliver and customer satisfaction.
