Digital Sovereignty Seminar – Roma Tre University
21 October 2025
Rome, Roma Tre University
Adeptic Reply held a seminar on Digital Sovereignty at Roma Tre University’s Department of Civil, Computer and Aeronautical Engineering, engaging students, researchers, and faculty in an open discussion on one of the key challenges shaping Europe’s digital future.
During the session, Gabriele Lospoto presented the IPCEI-CIS programme with a focus on the 8RA initiative, in which Reply is one of 19 direct partners. He highlighted Reply’s active contribution to the development of innovative solutions and reference architectures designed to strengthen European digital sovereignty.
A central theme of the seminar was the network as a foundational and structural component of the digital ecosystem. In this context, Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) models—enabled by Network APIs—pave the way for federated, flexible, and interoperable architectures, fostering collaboration among a broad spectrum of public and private stakeholders.
