The Client is organized in several functional organizational unit in geographically different locations where each of them have its own infrastructure and tools that created boundaries for efficient team collaboration.

In order to foster collaboration across the project teams and provide a secure experience, the Client aimed to adopt an unified Digital Workplace platform managed centrally under very high security requirements.

INTUITIVE TOOLS AND PROCESSES

Cluster Reply helped the Client to define a roadmap for Teams adoption, by designing an integrated solution including:

Creation of Data Loss Prevention policies to identify sensitive informations and prevent the sharing between teams;
Definition of information barriers to prevent communication between different Organizational Units;
Definition of sensitivity labels to classify and protect organization's data;
Retention policy to comply with industry regulations and internal policies.

A NEW APPROACH TO TEAM COLLABORATION

Cluster Reply supported the Client defining a change management strategy:

to maximize the effectiveness of Teams rollout;
to facilitate Smart Working scenario across remote teams;
to increase efficiency during meetings, sharing project documents and staying every time in touch through instant messaging;
to reduce the costs of on-premise video-conference systems.
