In this scenario, Adobe Campaign with an API integration, is able to support brands sending transactional messages, for different topics: order-related messages (confirmation, cancellation, delivery), account-related ones (account creation and confirmation, change password), and any kind of one-to-one messages sent after a user action, such as wish list sharing and reminder, abandoned cart reminder, and so on. Further, with the out of the box email designer, it is possible to create captivating, individually tailored emails through a drag and drop interface.
