Case Study

Automation at the service of CNH's sales operations

We have transformed the sales cycle of CNH brands' agricultural vehicles through a unified platform that integrates robotic automation and the “human in the loop” approach.

The challenge

Simplify and make sales operations more precise, minimising errors and mismatches in a context of high production and logistics complexity.

SCENARIO

A complex management of orders, stocks and discounts

CNH, a leading global company in the production and sale of agricultural machinery and a manufacturer of construction machinery, was interested in overcoming traditional barriers in the sales cycle and in responding with agility to increasingly complex market demands.

Managing orders, optimising stocks, accurate invoicing, and applying specific discounts required significant manual effort, exposing the company to potential inefficiencies. CNH therefore requested a digital transformation tool that could harmonise technology and human interaction, while maintaining operational excellence in a diversified and constantly evolving European landscape.

The solution

The Sales Request Hub: automation and 'human touch'

To meet CNH's requests, Sprint Reply and Cluster Reply have developed a tailor-made platform: the Sales Request Hub. This solution stands out for its ability to integrate robotic automation with a “human in the loop” approach, creating an ecosystem in which technology supports and empowers human work. Through an intuitive web interface, CNH staff can easily and accurately manage the entire sales cycle, from order request to delivery, benefiting from automated processes that drastically reduce time and margin of error. The integration of customised applications, such as Microsoft Power Apps, allows fluid and interconnected data management, ensuring quick and informed decisions on orders and inventory management.

How did we do it

Automated workflows and integration with ERP

In the architecture of the Sales Request Hub, Sprint Reply has introduced and implemented Blueprism: this Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software has made it possible to map existing business processes and to translate them into a series of automated, highly efficient and error-free workflows. In this way, the complex sequences of actions required for order management, inventory control and invoicing have been transformed into operations performed quickly and automatically.

In addition, the integration of the Microsoft Order Entry Dealer Power App into the platform by Cluster Reply was a key choice to ensure optimal order and inventory management. This solution has allowed CNH to simplify access and interaction with ERP systems, ensuring real-time data synchronisation and offering an intuitive and personalised user experience, with a high level of precision and operational efficiency.
