The Challenge:
The King’s Fund is an independent charity working to improve health and health care in England. WM Reply was selected to deliver a digital workplace that would fulfil the objectives of the Shift Project- an ambitious programme to develop new systems and ways of working to make sure the Fund is fit for future challenges. The existing intranet lacked design, configuration and functionality, resulting in employees’ negative attitudes towards the intranet and, consequently, low user adoption.
Our Solution:
Our SharePoint consultants worked on-site with The King’s Fund team to help deliver the project on time and on budget. By integrating SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 and developing an engaging intranet, a new hybrid system was born. WM Reply created a site that was easy to navigate, enabling users to find relevant content quickly. To ensure their intranet was accessible for their on the go employees, WM Reply proposed a responsive design, allowing employees easy access to their intranet on mobile devices.
