When you migrate 30,000 users to the cloud, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 as well as introduce Yammer and OneDrive in one fell swoop, you have your work cut out. Our client, a big name in spirits, beer and wine, approached WM Reply to help secure return on their investment through user engagement.
Our Solution
Through our careful and novel communications, we smoothed the migration of 30,000 users to better technology. Our client, Microsoft and WM Reply worked side-by- side to form a delivery team that would manage this change within the business. WM Reply seconded a team on-site to help plan, deliver and measure an engagement strategy. On this fast paced project we helped wherever we could: managing the 700 community site owners through the migration, writing scripts for launch videos and training the leadership team on how to post an engaging blog.
