Lancia Ypsilon and the female audience: an enduring love story. The Fashion City Car has always been right by women's side, sharing their tastes, trends and styles. And they reciprocate, confirming it as the best & long seller among compact cars. So, to celebrate this special affinity, Lancia Ypsilon has decided to celebrate the 8th of March by presenting the first car configurator that understands women and talks like them.

AMY 

Designed by Triplesense Reply and implemented by Machine Learning Reply, AMY (from "I am Ypsilon") is the first virtual assistant launched on Facebook Messenger. An unprecedented chatbot experience that defines a new space for conversation between brand and user, with a female flair. AMY not only understands "what women want", but she does it with the style and lightness that characterize the Fashion City Car. An example of artificial intelligence that turns the car's configuration into a fun and woman friendly experience eliminating the inconvenience of abstruse or overly technical language.

Every woman can express her personality and needs: AMY talks to them with a cool and ironic tone of voice and learns from their choices in order to place them at the center of a customer journey more akin to a fashion atelier than a car dealership. A captivating and personalized journey to discover the ideal Ypsilon.
