Solidsoft Reply accelerates integration of cloud and on-premises healthcare systems using the QuickConnect for Healthcare framework. QuickConnect for Healthcare is our ‘kitbag’ for integration. It supports standards including HL7 FHIR and helps us to rapidly integrate clinical systems and FHIR servers. It leverages the mature ecosystem of the Microsoft Azure platform and interoperates with other integration tools and platforms.
QuickConnect for Healthcare is not a product. It accelerates the integration work we do for our customers built on our 25+ years' experience. The toolkit supports the planning, architecture, design, development, implementation and support services we provide. It builds on Microsoft’s investment in cloud integration services, providing patterns, an architectural framework and governance.
Used alongside the Microsoft Azure platform, QuickConnect for Healthcare supports interoperability with clinical and ancillary systems through standard protocols and data formats.
It supports cloud and hybrid architectures together with the use of message brokers, API Management, event hubs and IoT frameworks. These services, tools and guidance allow us to tackle the widest range of interoperability problems efficiently by connecting existing systems together, orchestrating processes across multiple systems and accessing data used across the NHS.
QuickConnect for Healthcare supports integration with collaboration and remote monitoring and consultation tools. We track emerging standards including NHS Digital UK Core profiles for HL7 FHIR. We support collaborative working within the NHS and across Integrated Care Partnerships by integrating useful data and functionality into Microsoft Teams wherever appropriate.
We can also use QuickConnect for Healthcare alongside Ticuro Reply to manage remote monitoring, diagnosis and care and we increasingly exploit the Internet of Medical Things to enable new ways of improving patient outcomes through innovative use of digital technologies.
