Project Needs

The customer has undertaken a complete redesign of the sales and distribution processes and requires a revamp of IT System Landscape with focus on CRM and Logistics tools to manage the increase in complexity.

Leveraging on the implemention on the new CRM and Logistic platform, the customer aims to:
  • streamline sales processes across units and markets,
  • increase the efficiency of logistic process introducing automation and integration with a 3PL partner,
  • consolidate sales and customer data in a central platform.

    Industrie Reply has been engaged by the customer to provide expert support in the analysis of the IT landscape and evaluation of CRM strategy for the North American market.

    Industrie Reply has supported and collaborated with the customer in the implementation of the platform in the American Market, providing industry processes, technical and Agile methodology knwoledge and coordinating the rollout in American Market following an Agile Approach with mixed and geographically spread teams.

    The solution identified to best bet fit the North American market requirements included following technologies:

  • Salesforce (Service Cloud and Field Service) as center piece of the platform to support sales and service processes,
  • Bit2Win for Catalog Management,
  • Glovia for Order Management,
  • Zuora for Billing and Payment,
  • Avalara for a Tax calculation engine.
