When a multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector decided to revolutionize its corporate website, they decided to take the opportunity to improve the
web browsing user experience, by delivering tailored contents for visitors based on their user profiles.
In this scenario, a data management platform (DMP) was introduced to manage visitors data, profile them and offered tailored contents, layouts and browsing experiences on the basis of the users’ personal preferences and specific messages that the company wanted to promote for specific audiences.
Envision Reply supported the client first of all in defining the
Use Cases in detail, by using
Customer Journey Mapping and
Personas. The next step involved designing the most fitting and innovative
configurations of the
ecosystem to manage first, second and third party data in accordance with GDPR guidelines and the Use Case requirements.
RFI was drafted, submitted to selected vendors and the responses analysed to support the management in identifying
the most suitable solution with respect to the project goals and requirements, by comparing functionalities and limits of the different solutions and identifying the best fit.
