The implementation process of the digital event software had to take into account several difficulties and limitations connected to the digitization of a physical event, consolidated over time, such as fashion shows. The biggest challenge involved the development of specific digital tools in a very restricted time, due to the Covid-19 epidemic effects and to respect the Client’s already fixed milestones. Moreover, as the event was the first digital show-off for the client, the combined and precise
mapping of the
functionalities to be enabled, the
systems and the related
data workflow was a crucial element in the success of the project implementation. This, combined with the team excellent level of flexibility and adaptation to finding and implementing new solutions in a fast way, enabled the digital event success.
Envision organized and supervised the design, creation and implementation processes of the solutions aimed at digitizing the Show-off Event, in particular regarding three main platforms:

requirement collection phases necessary to satisfy the Client’s needs and to provide an excellent service during the event. On the basis of the collected insights, Envision managed the
development and the
implementation phases of the three solutions, keeping track of risks and obstacles arisen during implementation and acting as the point of reference for the customer’s requirements, including the supervision of the successful outcome of the event.
