requirements and in
analysing the effects related to the introduction of an MA solution, in order to manage the vendor engagement and System Integration tender preparation. Based on the results of the fist stage of the analysis, the client decided to extend the project perimeter. Therefore, the selection of a CRM solution and a phone bar software for Customer Service was added to the Marketing Automation software selection, with the aim of developing a more structured, complete Customer Management ecosystem.
