Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) was founded as part of the Mobility Joint Ventures of BMW Group and Daimler AG to develop public charging solutions for automotive manufacturers and fleet operators making it one of the key global drivers of the transition to electric mobility. Their white label solutions for public charging provide access to a wide range of charging point operators and enable drivers of e-vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging sessions worldwide.

Next-gen Customer Experience Management

To further promote the adoption of e-mobility as the pillar of the transition towards more sustainable forms of transportation, DCS decided to optimize their sales, services and marketing processes and align them with the growth course of their business development. To this end, DCS chose Syskoplan Reply as their trusted partner for the implementation of SAP Sales Cloud as well as the SAP marketing solution Emarsys as backbone of this optimization process.

For DCS the native ERP Integration through SAP Sales Cloud combined with a 360-degree customer view enriched by contextual information from other systems were the main reasons to choose SAP CX solutions to support their growth strategy. Having all customer information available in real time and with the embedded automation and AI services as well as an intuitive user interface is key to optimizing processes and to significantly increasing efficiency.

Syskoplan Reply supported DCS in implementing a real-time omnichannel customer engagement platform based on SAP Emarsys. This platform consolidates various marketing technologies and shortens time to value. It allows DCS to hyper-personalize customer communication across all channels and to benefit from a high degree of automation covering all the essential processes related to marketing and customer communication. By including AI-based prediction and pre-built scenarios, marketers are empowered to design, test and run more effective campaigns more efficiently.
