"Google Apps for Business are emblematic of the current changes in business technologies. It will revolutionise the way we work and provide our staff with a digital experience in line with the latest trends in the area," declares Daniele Rizzo, Chief Information Officer – Europe, Autogrill. "For Autogrill, this is a further step in the process of innovation that we have embarked upon to bridge the gap between the company, the outside world and consumers, by the constant sharing of information".

"Today, Autogrill is the largest company in Italy to have chosen Google Enterprise, thereby swelling the increasing ranks of companies in Europe and around the world that have taken the decision to use state-of-the-art technologies to enable them to work better and boost their competitive edge".
The agreement includes the use of Gmail for emails and Instant Messaging (text chat, voice and video) for staff; Google Calendar, an efficient tool for planning meeting and events; and Google Sites wich will make easier collaboration during the creation and the sharing of web sites. Google Docs, can be used to create, share and save documents and presentations. The Google cloud-based solutions will be introduced initially in the Autogrill network in Italy, and then gradually extended to other European countries.
The project will be led by Storm Reply, the Reply Group company specialising in innovative cloud computing-based services, in collaboration with Revevol, a multinational supplier committed to integrating and developing Software as a Service technologies.
