Blue Reply attends the #dati(big)@IBM event as an IBM Premier Partner, on 17 March 2015 at the IBM Client Center. The company will have its own booth in the exhibition area and will hold a speech in the plenary session, presenting its Big Data and Cognitive technological solutions.
The event is an opportunity to finally see data in action, after all the theory and discussions about it in the recent years. Attendees will be able to see first-hand the progress that has been achieved so far, to examine the technologies and solutions which have helped many Italian companies obtaining effective results and to discuss future business developments.
Blue Reply will showcase the following two solutions at the event:
Watson Support Engage, a solution aimed at supporting and automating help-desk first and second level activities, as well as all those business processes that require a fast identification of the right information within large volumes of unstructured data. The system responds to requests expressed in natural language and, through the semantic search and statistical models of classification, provides the relevant answers. In addition to this, it acknowledges the user’s feedback to the answers provided, using them to enrich and update its computational models.
CRMood Explorer, which allows to detect and promptly react to events that could either generate new business opportunities or demand assistance to the customer care. An event is detected through the monitoring of the digital channels the company is exposed on (public, social and private) and it classifies content and mood conveyed by the client. The monitored data and the computations carried out are all hosted on the system’s BigData platform, therefore also enabling business analytics activities.
