Dr. Bernd Büker named Managing Director of Xpress Reply GmbH & Co. KG
Effective immediately, Dr. Bernd Büker will assume the position of Managing Director at Xpress Reply GmbH & Co. KG. Together with the managing director, Susanne Zander Dr. Bernd Büker will continue to build up the business concerning multi-channel retailing.
As part of the corporate network for Reply Deutschland, Xpress Reply GmbH supports retail and mail order companies in the implementation of integrated software solutions for multi-channel business. Since its foundation as cm4, Xpress Reply has been gathering valuable experience in the integration of software solutions for the multi-channel business of mail order companies. This places the company in the excellent position of enabling multi-channel business to stationary retail trade as well. Multi-channel capability is becoming increasingly important in stationary retail trade. The consumer expects the same shopping experience, regardless of the channel used.
Dr. Bernd Büker brings along in-depth experience and expertise. From 1994 to 1998 he held various management positions at Kaufhof Holding AG and Kaufhof Warenhaus AG in Cologne. From 1998 to 2010, he held diverse management positions at IBM where, among other things, he was responsible for the sales of consulting and system integration projects on the German market and was also responsible for the METRO Group account. In his last position he was Director of Sales and Consulting at SA2 Retail AG as well as Managing Director of SA2 Exchange GmbH.
